DMCA Copyright Policy

NontonJAVrespects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

If you believe that content hosted on NontonJAV infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:

1. 1A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. 2Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.
3. 3Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail (including URL) to allow us to locate the material.
4. 4Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. 5A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. 6A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

1. 1Your physical or electronic signature.
2. 2Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
3. 3A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. 4Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. 5A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

In appropriate circumstances, NontonJAV may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.

We aim to process all valid DMCA requests within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. You will receive an acknowledgment of your request and notification once the content has been reviewed and actioned.
